Slade Green Railway Station
Got something to tell us about this station, have a photo that you want to contribute, or want to let us know about a local eatery? Here's where you do it...
Nearby cafe or restaurant (for the 'Nearby Eateries' section):
The point of the "Nearby Eateries" section is to give rail travellers alternatives to station cafes and buffets. So please only include establishments that are open for food as a primary or significant part of their business on at least every working day. Please don't submit pubs that are primarily drinking establishments and/or don't serve food to walk-in customers at both lunchtime and evenings every day. (If there's enough demand then a separate "Nearby Pubs" section may be added later). Also, we're not looking for haute cuisine gastronomic experiences or fancy restaurants, just good, quick and cheap food - the sort of thing you might want before or after a rail journey.

Notes regarding photographs
- Please only upload photographs that either are your own, or you where have explicit permission from the owner to distribute them, or where the image is known to be in the Public Domain. Please do not upload photographs taken from other websites, or scans from books, etc, unless you are certain that doing so is not a breach of copyright.
- When uploading a photograph, you have the choice of three copyright licence options:
- Giving specific, limited permission to RailwayStations.info to use the photo on this site and its associated activities.
- Publishing it under a Creative Commons licence (specifically, Creative Commons Attribution 2.0 UK: England & Wales)
- Stating it to be in the Public Domain.
- If you know the date that a photograph was taken, then please include that in your submission. If you don't know the exact date, then just a month and year (eg, 02/2008) or even just a year (eg, 1999) will be good enough. This is particularly important for older photos. Where possible, the upload system will try to extract time/date information from the embedded EXIF data added by your digital camera, but that's not always reliable and doesn't work at all for images scanned from prints.
- If you have a large number of photos that you would like to contribute to this project, and don't fancy uploading them one by one, then get in touch and we'll see if we can work out a way of doing some kind of bulk import.
